4 NGOs Donated 3 Respirators To Johor Bahru General Hospital Children’s Ward

For the paediatrics wards at HSAJB, 4 NGOs donated 3 respirators to Johor Bahru Hospital.

Yayasan Kebajikan Suria Kawasan Permas Johor Bahru together with other 3 charity organisations including Ihsan Johor, Pertubuhan Kebajikan Wawasan JB and Semporna Heroes donated CPAP machine (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) to Johor Bahru’s Sultanah Aminah Hospital today.

The person in charge for coordinating the donation is Mdm Nur Hidayah, Head of the physiotherapy department of Hospital Sultanah Aminah JB.

She revealed that these three CPAP machines will be provided to the children’s ward to alleviate the symptoms of pulmonary disease children.

She pointed out that in addition to donating ventilators, the above-mentioned groups have also repeatedly assisted with other medical equipments and materials for use in the field set up at sultanah Aminah Hospital.

James Ho, chairman of the Yayasan Kebajikan Suria Kawasan Permas Johor Bahru , said that in addition to respirators, the above-mentioned groups have cooperated to raise medical supplies. Next, they will purchase 5 Syringe Pumps and donate to this hospital.
