Yayasan Suria JB (YSJB) – LOTUS’S Hari Raya celebration with Orphans of Pusat Jagaan Kasih Setanggi, Kg Setanggi, JB on 26/5/2022 together with Ihsan Johor & YSJB.
It was definitely a day to remember for the 22 orphans of this Home when Lotus’s Desa Tebrau staffs led by their Manager, Kumar Raja, 2 NGOs (Ihsan Johor (IJ) & YSJB) were there at lunch time to treat our little VIPs (our clients) with games and most importantly, a large varieties of food, desserts and drinks – all courtesy of Lotus’s Desa Tebrau.
We brought along 4 cartons of Promac milk powder (96 x 1 kg bag) for the Home and introduce this brand of milk to Lotus’s.
Many of us behaved like little kids, blowing balloons with them and singing along with the orphans when 2 beautifully- decorated cakes were cut. It was fun time all round, indeed the adults (guardians of the Home, staffs of Lotus’s and volunteers from IJ/YSJB) seemed to be “happier” than the kids. Ha ha!
After some 2 hours, we left the Home, we missed the lovely kids there after such a good time with them. Hopefully, in the near future, we shall be there again to “play” with them.
